Buying products through our online content

All orders are only accepted if they are available, and products in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by any other consumer.

Also you may be given from time to time chance of making Advance Purchase order by paying in Advance for some of our products in which you are able purchase in advance so that by this way it will make sure that you may receive that product on top most priority upon its availability of it in our stock.
You have the same right as of Advance payment purchasing at our site else you can also choose to register on our website using your email address for prompt information about arrival of product in our stock which was not available.
Products ordered will be supplied ex-stock of the Vendor but should the Vender be out of stock at the time required for delivery, any undelivered stock shall be placed on back order and delivered when they become available. No claim will be accepted for short deliveries until we are notified within a week from the day you received products.

For satisfaction of Advanced order we may allocate in advance those products which are in stock so that consumers who are on the advance payers may receive it on top most priority including those who are on waiting list or those who applied for prompt delivery.

Products which are arrived in our stock may be already allocated for those orders who were made in advance through payment or advanced order but those orders who paid in advance will be given highest priority on the waiting list or those who asked from prompt delivery through advanced notification and confirmation from our side.

Also note that we may be not able to deliver selected advance payment products if any production malfunction or error arrives during product manufacturing or those who have quality check issues detected when product arrives in our stock in these cases we will send notification to you through email and may refund your advanced order payment on your credit card within 30 days of products has become not available.

If you have enrolled yourself with us by your email address for getting latest updates about the arrival of any new product on our website so we will try to send notification by email within forty eight hours after the availability of product on our website.
Any products which got high demand during some occasions will be sold out during that period.

Delivery charges for outside Australia will be quoted separately in confirmation email.
If you are in above mentioned areas and your order is less than $100, you will be charged a little delivery payment.

Outside the urban areas the deliversies will be charged upto dollar thirty including general sales tax for any product order of any worth ( big and bulky products are not included) .

Damaged Products and returns
If product is delivered at your destination, you must at very first priority check for any problem or damage if it is found faulty you should not take receipt and inform us through support services.
If after delivery you found that product is faulty/damaged it is your responsibility to contact us within seven days of delivery period, return of product will be according to the clause.
If product delivered is not faulty and was provided under our terms and conditions then you can return/exchange as per rules mentioned in return policy.

If products are delivered to you then we may not refund any delivery charges unless the product if found to be damaged or faulty.
It is solely our decision either not to repair, exchange or reimbursement for payment to you against the product or we can require you to pay postage and handling charges and service costs at our fees and costs defined and may charge on your card and to the extent allowed by law
